Riga Technical University clarifies the official publication “Latvijas Vēstnesis” of December 13, 2022, issue no. 241, OP 2022/241.PM1, the published notice, moving the date of the defense of Eduardas Skukais’s doctoral thesis from January 20, 2023 to March 17 at 14.15 at Riga Technical University’s Construction and Transport Engineering Promotion Council “RTU P-06” open meeting in Riga, Ķīpsalas 6A room 342.
